Insurance

SpeechWorks! Therapy Services, Inc. is considered in-network with Georgia Medicaid and most Care Management Organizations. Although we are considered to be in-network with your insurance carrier, this is not a guarantee of coverage or payment for our services. We accept Medicaid through age 21.

We are actively working to become affiliated with other major insurance companies.
SpeechWorks! Therapy Services, Inc. is considered out-of-network with all private insurance companies at this time. However, this does not mean that your insurance company will not cover some or all of your child's speech therapy services.
We provide insurance-friendly invoices that can be submitted directly to your insurance for reimbursement. Please call your insurance company to find out if you are eligible for out-of-network speech-language therapy and/or evaluation reimbursement. This can be a great option if you have coverage through:

Admissions Forms
Admissions Forms should be completed and returned to SpeechWorks! Therapy Services, Inc. at least 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment via email or fax.

If you are not able to download and print the forms, no worries, we will provide you with the forms at your first appointment and ask that you arrive 15-20 min early in order to complete them.
